Geltungsbereich und Rangfolge
These general terms apply to enquiries, offers and bookings made with Reiseria.com, a brand operated by Adspro Digital Private Limited. They apply together with the individual offer, itinerary, booking confirmation and any supplier terms expressly incorporated into them.
If documents conflict, the booking confirmation and the specific terms in the offer take precedence over these general descriptions. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Anfragen, Angebote und Vertragsschluss
Your enquiry is not a booking. A journey becomes binding only when the contracting party identified in the offer accepts the booking and sends a booking confirmation, subject to any stated conditions and availability.
An offer normally sets out the itinerary, dates, travellers, inclusions, exclusions, price, payment schedule and cancellation conditions. Offers are subject to supplier availability until confirmed.
Rolle von Reiseria
Depending on the arrangement, Reiseria may act as the organiser of a travel package or as an intermediary for individual travel services. The responsible contracting party and the applicable package-travel information will be stated in the offer or booking confirmation.
Where mandatory package-travel law applies, the statutory information, rights and remedies under that law are not limited by these terms.
Eingeschlossene Leistungen und lokale Anbieter
The services included in your journey are only those listed in the confirmed itinerary and booking documents. Hotels, guides, drivers, airlines, activity providers and other local partners may perform parts of the journey.
Descriptions are intended to help you choose a journey. The confirmed service description, supplier terms and practical conditions at the destination apply to delivery.
Preise und Zahlung
The confirmed offer states the total price, currency, deposit, balance, due dates, taxes and any excluded costs. Payment instructions are issued only in the official offer or booking confirmation; please do not rely on payment details found elsewhere online.
A booking may be released or cancelled if a required payment is not received by the stated deadline, subject to applicable law and the cancellation terms in the booking documents.
Reiseangaben, Pässe und Visa
Travellers are responsible for providing accurate names, dates of birth, nationality, passport details, contact information and other information needed for reservations, tickets, visas and entry formalities.
You are responsible for checking that your passport, visa, permits, vaccination records and other documents meet the requirements that apply to your nationality and route.
Gesundheit und Barrierefreiheit
You should obtain independent medical and travel advice before departure, including advice appropriate to your health, medication, pregnancy, mobility and the destinations visited. Tell us about relevant requirements early so that we can discuss suitable arrangements.
We cannot guarantee that every requested activity, accommodation or route is suitable for a particular medical condition.
Flüge und Transport
Airlines and other carriers control their own schedules, operating decisions, baggage rules and check-in requirements. Carriage is subject to the carrier's conditions and applicable transport conventions.
If you arrange a flight or other transport independently, you are responsible for coordinating it with the itinerary, allowing sufficient connection time and paying any resulting change or missed-service costs.
Änderungen durch Reisende und Stornierungen
Requests to change names, dates, routes, accommodation, room types, travellers or other services must be made promptly and are subject to availability and supplier charges. Any price difference and confirmed change will be communicated before it is accepted where practicable.
If you cancel, the cancellation charges and refund method in the booking confirmation apply. Non-refundable supplier charges, tickets and services may be retained where legally permitted.
Änderungen und Ersatzleistungen
A supplier or Reiseria may need to make a reasonable change because of availability, safety, weather, local conditions, carrier decisions or other circumstances. We will communicate material changes and, where required, explain available options under the applicable law and booking terms.
A comparable substitute may be offered when the originally confirmed service cannot be provided. Any statutory right to reject a material change or request a remedy remains unaffected.
Reiseversicherung
We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation, interruption, medical treatment and repatriation, baggage, personal liability and activities appropriate to your itinerary. Insurance is your responsibility unless the booking documents expressly include it.
Unvermeidbare und außergewöhnliche Umstände
Events outside reasonable control can affect a journey, including severe weather, natural disasters, political unrest, public-health events, strikes, border restrictions, government action and transport disruption. We will provide reasonable assistance and communicate practical options, but additional costs and refunds are governed by the booking documents and applicable law.
Probleme und Beschwerden
If a service is not provided as confirmed, tell the local representative or supplier promptly and contact us using the emergency details in your booking documents. Early notice gives us the best opportunity to correct the problem during the journey.
Keep written records and receipts for material problems or additional reasonable costs. Complaints after travel should be sent to the contact address in the booking confirmation as soon as possible.
Haftung
Liability is governed by the role of the contracting party, the confirmed services, applicable law and any mandatory international conventions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including for injury caused by negligence where the law prohibits exclusion.
We are not responsible for services independently arranged by you or for losses caused by your own acts, inaccurate information, failure to follow instructions or circumstances outside reasonable control, subject to mandatory rights.
Personenbezogene Daten
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy policy. We may share the information needed to make reservations and deliver confirmed services with the relevant travel suppliers and partners.
Anwendbares Recht und Verbraucherschlichtung
The law and courts applicable to your booking are identified in the offer or booking confirmation, subject to mandatory consumer protections. If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply and the invalid provision will be replaced or interpreted as closely as legally possible to its purpose.
Information about any applicable consumer dispute-resolution body and participation status will be provided in the booking documents where required by law.
