If you contact us by form, email, telephone or WhatsApp, we process the information you choose to share, such as your name, contact details, travel dates, destination, traveller profile, preferences, budget and message. We use it to respond, prepare a journey proposal and provide requested assistance.

If you voluntarily share information about health, accessibility, allergies, religious diet or another special category of data, we process it only where necessary to support your request and on the basis of your explicit consent where required.

Published Reiseria Journal articles are retrieved from Indexly. Article requests are made server-side where possible, and enquiry details are not sent to Indexly merely because you read an article.
External content or links can be governed by the provider's own privacy notice. Where a page embeds or opens a third-party service, the service may receive technical information when you interact with it.
Analyse und Marketing
Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel are optional. They are not initialised and their scripts are not requested until you actively enable the relevant category in the cookie settings.
When enabled, Google Analytics helps us understand aggregated website use and page performance. Meta Pixel helps us measure campaign performance. Events may include the page path, language, destination, itinerary slug, form source and button location. We do not send the free-text contents of an enquiry to these tools. A successful enquiry may trigger the GA4 lead events and a Meta Lead event once, subject to your choices.
The legal basis is your consent. You can withdraw or change it at any time through Privacy choices in the footer. Rejecting optional services prevents both vendors from loading for this website session and future visits until you choose otherwise.
