Booking framework

Terms and conditions

General terms for enquiries, individual proposals and travel bookings with Reiseria.

Version 1.0 · 29 July 2026

1. Contracting party, scope and order of precedence

Reiseria.com is a brand name owned and operated by Adspro Digital Private Limited (CIN: U72900RJ2014PTC046499; HQ: 6th Floor, Regus, Jaipur Centre, Sector B-4, Tonk Road, B2 Bypass Junction, Durgapura, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, 302018). These terms govern enquiries and bookings made under the Reiseria brand. The individual offer, accepted itinerary and booking confirmation form part of the agreement and take precedence where they contain journey-specific terms. Mandatory consumer and package-travel protections remain unaffected.

2. Enquiries, offers and booking formation

Website content and sample itineraries are non-binding invitations to enquire. Reiseria prepares a tailored offer from the information and preferences supplied by the traveller. Availability and quoted prices are not secured until the booking requirements stated in the offer are completed and Reiseria issues written confirmation. A contract is formed in the manner stated in the final offer and confirmation.

3. Included services and local suppliers

The accepted offer, final itinerary and booking confirmation define the included accommodation, transport, guides, activities, meals and other services. Images, sample hotels and draft routes are illustrative until confirmed. Reiseria may arrange services through independent hotels, carriers, guides, drivers and destination partners; any supplier conditions disclosed before booking also apply to the relevant service.

4. Prices, payment schedule and bank account

The individual offer states the total price, currency, deposit, balance due dates and accepted payment methods. Do not transfer funds until you have received the applicable offer or booking documents. Bank and intermediary charges are borne as stated in the offer. A payment is credited when cleared funds reach the designated account. Changes to payment instructions are valid only when confirmed through an official Reiseria contact channel.

  • BIC/SWIFT code: SXPYDEHH
  • Bank name: Banking Circle
  • Beneficiary address: Banking Circle S.A. – German Branch, Maximilianstraße 54, 80538 München
  • Account currency: EUR

5. Traveller information, passports, visas and health

  • Provide complete and accurate names, dates of birth, passport details, contact information and other booking data by the requested deadlines.
  • Ensure that passports, visas, permits, vaccination or health documents and transit requirements are valid for every traveller’s nationality and route.
  • Seek appropriate medical advice and disclose mobility, dietary, health or accessibility needs relevant to delivering the booked services.
  • Notify Reiseria promptly of errors, missing documents or circumstances that may affect the journey.

6. Flights, transport and self-arranged connections

Only flights and transfers expressly listed in the booking confirmation are included. Airlines and other carriers may change schedules, routes, equipment or terminals. Travellers arranging their own international flights or connections should allow sufficient transfer time and choose flexible arrangements where practical. Claims concerning carrier delays, denied boarding, cancellation or baggage should also be made directly to the carrier within its deadlines, while retaining tickets, boarding passes, receipts and reports.

7. Changes requested by the traveller

Requests to change dates, names, hotels, rooming, transport, activities or routing are subject to availability and supplier approval. Reiseria will disclose the resulting price difference, supplier charges and any reasonable administration cost before confirming the change where practicable. A requested change is effective only after written confirmation.

8. Transfer or substitution of travellers

A request to transfer a booking or substitute a traveller must be made promptly in writing. It is subject to applicable law, the replacement traveller satisfying all journey requirements, and supplier acceptance. The original and replacement traveller may be responsible for outstanding sums and actual transfer costs as permitted by law and disclosed by Reiseria.

9. Cancellation, partial cancellation, refunds and no-show

Cancellations must be sent in writing. The effective date is when Reiseria receives the notice. Applicable charges, including non-refundable supplier commitments, are stated in the individual offer or booking confirmation and may increase nearer departure. If one member of a group cancels while others travel, shared-service pricing may be recalculated. No-show, late arrival or voluntary early departure may result in no refund for unused services. Any refund is handled under the booking documents and mandatory law, normally through the original payment route where practical.

10. Price or service changes by Reiseria

Before booking, prices and availability may change until confirmed. After contract formation, a price or service may be changed only where the contract and applicable law permit it, including changes caused by transport costs, taxes, official charges, exchange rates, availability, safety or local operating conditions. Reiseria will explain material changes and the traveller’s available options and rights.

11. Accommodation, activities, groups, minors and accessibility

Room type, occupancy, meal plan and hotel category are those confirmed in the booking documents. Activity participation may depend on age, fitness, weather, local rules and safety instructions. Group pricing may depend on confirmed group size. A booking must be made by an adult with authority for all named travellers; minors must travel with the permissions and documents required for their circumstances. Accessibility requests are assessed individually, but only confirmed arrangements form part of the booking.

12. Travel insurance

Travellers should obtain appropriate insurance covering medical treatment and repatriation, cancellation, interruption, baggage, personal liability and all planned activities. Reiseria does not assume that a traveller’s health, card or household policy provides adequate travel cover. Travellers remain responsible for policy limits, exclusions and making claims directly with their insurer.

13. Unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances

Weather, natural events, official measures, conflict, security incidents, strikes, epidemics, infrastructure failure and other events outside reasonable control can affect a journey. Reiseria may adjust services where reasonably necessary for safety or feasibility, will communicate available alternatives, and will provide assistance required by the contract and applicable law. The treatment of refunds and additional costs follows the booking documents and mandatory law.

14. Problems, assistance and complaints

Report a missing or defective service to Reiseria and the relevant local supplier without undue delay and allow a reasonable opportunity to remedy it. Emergency contacts are supplied with final travel documents. Formal complaints should be sent with the booking reference, a clear description and supporting evidence to the contact details below as soon as practicable. Statutory complaint and dispute-resolution rights remain unaffected.

15. Liability

Liability is governed by the booking documents and applicable law. Nothing excludes or restricts liability where that would be unlawful, including mandatory liability for fraud, intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health. Liability for independent supplier services and international carriage may be subject to the supplier’s terms and applicable international conventions.

16. Personal data

Personal data is processed to prepare and perform the booking and may be shared with the suppliers and service providers needed for the journey, including recipients outside the traveller’s country. Further details are provided in the privacy policy.

17. Applicable law, jurisdiction and severability

The governing law and competent forum are determined by the booking documents and applicable conflict-of-law, jurisdiction and consumer-protection rules. Mandatory protections of the traveller’s country of habitual residence remain unaffected where they apply. If one provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent legally possible.
