Each traveller is responsible for carrying valid documents and meeting entry, transit and exit requirements. Rules depend on nationality, route and personal circumstances. Passport validity requirements and visa processing times can change; use official government sources and begin early. Names supplied for bookings must match the travel document exactly.
Health
Seek individual advice from a doctor or travel-medicine clinic well before departure. Consider vaccinations, prescription medication, heat, altitude, food and water precautions, and adequate travel health insurance. Carry essential medication in original packaging and check import restrictions.
Flights and baggage
Check flight times directly with the airline before travel and allow adequate connection time. Names must match passports. Report delayed, lost or damaged baggage immediately at the airport and retain the Property Irregularity Report, receipts and baggage tags. Airline conditions and international conventions may impose short claim deadlines.
Accessibility and individual needs
Tell us before booking about reduced mobility, dietary requirements, medical equipment or other needs. Accessibility standards vary across India and Oman, and not every route or property is suitable. We will assess available arrangements with local partners but only confirmed arrangements form part of the booking.
Insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive insurance covering medical treatment and repatriation, cancellation, interruption, baggage and planned activities. Check territorial limits, exclusions, excesses and cover for existing conditions.
